JG was charged with 2 counts of Vehicular Homicide for allegedly causing the deaths of two motorcyclists while changing lanes on the interstate. JG was a US Army veteran who maintained that he was forced out of his lane by another driver who fled the scene after this tragic accident occurred. The DA's offer was two years in jail which JG declined, opting instead to go to trial. At trial, we were able to prove to the jury that JG was not at fault and they found him Not Guilty on all charges.
