GR's girlfriend purchased a truck for him to use. Unfortunately, the relationship soured and GR moved to Colorado taking the truck with him. The ex-girlfriend requested the truck back, but GR did not return it when it was demanded. An arrest warrant for Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft was subsequently issued for GR's arrest. Fortunately, we were able to show the prosecutor that this was a simple misunderstanding and GR's charges were fully dismissed.
