HR and his wife had filed for divorce. While the divorce was pending, HR and his wife got into a disagreement at their martial home. HR's wife alleged that HR hit her with the door and knocked her to the ground as she tried to follow him into the house. The police were called and HR was subsequently arrested for Harassment as an act of Domestic Violence. We were able to show the prosecutor that HR's wife had a history of lying and that her statements were not worthy of belief. The prosecutor agreed and fully dismissed HR's case.
